DIANE DELVES AACI, P.APP.
PRESIDENT & CEO
Diane is passionate about real estate and providing homes for people. She founded Quantum Properties in 2000 and is proud of the company’s continued growth and success. Diane oversees all aspects of the development and construction activities of the group. In addition to her responsibilities at Quantum, Diane frequently serves on community and industry boards and committees.
Diane’s first career was in real estate appraisal where she earned her designation as an Accredited Appraiser of the Canadian Institute, Professional Appraiser (AACI, P.App.), Appraisal Institute of Canada.
Diane loves the excavation phase of construction as it signals the transition from concept to reality and the realization of more homes to be lived in and loved. She admits to owning pink steel-toed boots – quite possibly the only pink item in her wardrobe!
Kristofer Hansen CCIM, CPM
Senior Vice President & CFO
Kristofer has nearly 30 years of experience in real estate including acquisition, development, appraisal, financial management, and property management. He has been a key member of the Quantum Properties team since 2006 and is the managing broker of Quantum Realty. At Portland State University, Kristofer received a bachelor’s degree in economics, certificate in urban studies, and post-Baccalaureate certificate in accounting. He also holds a postgraduate certificate in real property valuation from the University of British Columbia. Kristofer designations include Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Certified Property Manager (CPM).
Robert Delves RI
VP, Development
Rob oversees all aspects of potential and current developments from concept to completion. He also oversees Quantum’s acquisition processes and its marketing and sales strategies. Rob joined Quantum Properties in 2006, starting as a sales associate while completing university.
Robert holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of the Fraser Valley and a Diploma in Urban Land Economics from the University of British Columbia. He is a designated member of the Real Estate Institute of BC.
Neil Mason
VP, Construction
Neil joined our Quantum Properties Construction division in 2018 and is responsible for the oversight and direction of the construction of all Quantum’s projects. Neil holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Simon Fraser University and an accounting diploma from Malaspina College. Neil leads the construction team with a well-rounded skill set developed from his experience working throughout the Lower Mainland in various site-management roles. With a love for the construction process, he brings to Quantum his 30+ years of experience in high-rise and wood-frame residential construction.
Markus T. Delves, CPA, CA
Director, Finance & Investment
Markus is a Chartered Professional Accountant and manages the accounting, audit, investment, tax, and legal aspects of the Quantum Properties Group of Companies. He is an experienced board member in the health care sector. He currently sits on the board of the Canuck Place Children’s Hospice and in the past he served as a board member and the chair of the Finance and Audit Committee at the Fraser Health Authority and as the treasurer of the Abbotsford Hospice Society since 2014. He is also currently the treasurer of the Fraser Valley Indo-Canadian Business Association.
Markus articled with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Vancouver. After obtaining his designation, he transferred to PwC’s London, UK office where he advised multinational corporations. Previously he served in the Royal Canadian Navy reserves where he retired as a lieutenant.
Markus holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Simon Fraser University and a Diploma in Accounting from the University of British Columbia. He later returned to SFU to teach as a Lecturer at the Beedie School of Business.
